New Forge uses the latest in metal printing technology. Our service bureau utilises the Markforged Metal X System with a Sinter-1 and Sinter-2 furnaces. This technology allows us to print a range of metals including:

Reinforcement Fibres + Thermoplastics
Carbon Fibre is strong enough to replace aluminium at half the weight, providing superior stiffness and minimal deflection. New Forge can print a number Fibres and Thermoplastics :
